Small group training is perfect for friends, couples, or family members who want to get fit together while still enjoying the benefits of professional guidance and customized workouts. With just 2 to 4 people per group, you’ll get the energy of a group setting and the quality of one-on-one coaching.

What to Expect: Your first group session includes a brief consultation and movement screening for each participant, so I can safely design workouts that meet everyone’s needs. Whether your goals are weight loss, strength building, or general fitness, I’ll create a plan that works for the group while respecting each person’s unique abilities.
