Virtual Training
- Just like in person training at your home, every virtual training session will be unique and customized, to you. It will be based on your goals and needs, with consideration to any physical limitations.
- Your first session will involve an assessment. I will analyze how you move, understand your goals, review your health history, your nutrition habits and help you set up a workout area and find/order any equipment you will need.
- I will set up a link for our session from my home gym. From here I will provide you with a demonstration for all movements. Just as I would for an in person training session. I will closely watch your form and offer corrections where necessary.
- It is in the best interest of achieving your goals that we try to schedule regular sessions weekly .

- Download, sign and email me this liability waiver and complete this PARQ form.
- Please complete this life style and health questionnaire.
- Please let me know what kind of space, and what, if any, exercise equipment you have available for your workouts. This will help me plan appropriate and effective exercise for you. I can also help to guide you in purchasing items for use. Examples, resistance bands in various intensities, a medicine ball, etc.
